AMEND by inserting the following language after line 117:

"(d) Bonds issued under the authority of this section for projects as defined in Section 57-75-5(f)(vii) shall not exceed Eight Million Dollars ($8,000,000.00). No such bonds shall be issued after June 30, 2000."
